From A Bibliography of Alexandre Dumas père by Frank Wild Reed: During this year Dumas published the first of his brigand stories, "Les Enfants de la Madone." It appeared in the second volume of the "Cent et une Nouvelles."
Later it was renamed "Cherubino et Celestini," and then appeared as the first story in the "Souvenirs d'Antony." (See pp. 79 to 81.)
