From A Bibliography of Alexandre Dumas père by Frank Wild Reed: According to Pifteau, a drama was drawn from Dumas' romance of "La San-Felice," but he supplies no details. However M. Glinel states in a note to his MS. collection of the poems of Dumas that this drama was composed by M. Maurice Drack.
It was first performed at the Théâtre au Château d'Eau on the 11th of November, 1881.
