From A Bibliography of Alexandre Dumas père by Frank Wild Reed: A pamphlet giving interesting details concerning the national workshops established as one result of the Revolution of this year. and throwing light on the political and social disorder which then reigned. It was originally written for "La France Nouvelle," the earliest of his own political journals (which see—page 235). Later it was issued as a separate pamphlet.
